Tria Basic (363) - A classic triangle fitting the shallow to average shapes, this popular form is anatomically weighted for the best body balance and healthy posture. Soft standard silicone makes this breast form look, feel and move like a natural breast. The back is curved to match the chest wall, and to fill the bra cup completely. Amoena Tria Aire (442) - Remarkably lightweight silicone in this single layer form makes it almost 30% lighter than traditional breast forms, a must for women with weakened backs or shoulders from osteoporosis or other problems. Comfortable to wear. Amoena Luxa Aire (556) - The Luxa Aire is approximately 30% lighter than comparable standard silicone forms. Ideal for women who cannot support anatomically weighted forms due to illness such as osteoporosis or injury to the back or shoulder, this average to full shaped form is easy to wear. The popular asymmetric LuxaŽ shape provides a small extension and fits well.

Tresia Personally Contact (653) - Combines three of Amoena's best technologies into a single breast form: Contact adhesive, 2-layer Personally concept and lightweight silicone. Can be worn in a non-pocketed bra or traditionally by attaching the Back Pad provided.   Amoena Tria Swimform (129) - This teardrop shaped shell works well in the pool. Transparent silicone and clear covering allow the natural skin color to show through any less-than-opaque swimwear fabric, without revealing the form itself. The hollow back design allows water to flow through for maximum comfort and lighter weight, in and out of the water.

Breast Enhancers

Balance Extra Soft (259) - Ideal for breast conserving surgeries, lumpectomy or breast reconstruction, this teardrop shaped silicone shell slips into your favorite bra for a smooth shapely profile. This shell fits shallow to full shapes and covers most of the existing breast tissue. Balance Delta/Contact (271/272) - Covering most of the existing breast tissue, this delta-shaped hollowed-out silicone shell can be used with reconstructed breasts, breast conserving surgeries or breast asymmetry. The shallow to full teardrop shape can be placed in any bra, in any direction to fill the bra cup where tissue is absent. The 272 Balance Delta Contact features pearl, skin-friendly gel adhesive on the back that attaches directly to the skin for a strong bond and secure fit. Balance Part Bottom (275) - The Balance Part Bottom is suitable for all women who have had breast conserving surgery or reconstruction with an unsatisfactory cosmetic result. A simple solution. Balance Part Top (277) - The Balance Part Top is suitable for all women who have had breast conserving surgery or reconstruction with an unsatisfactory cosmetic result. A simple solution.

Insurance

Most Private insurance allow 1 silicone prosthesis per year and 1 lightweight foam form per year, Medicare allows 1 silicone prosthesis every other year and 2 lightweight foam forms per year. Prices range from $49.99 and up. The 2008 maximum allowed by Medicare and most insurance companies for a silicone prosthesis is $302.00 and for a light foam form $195.36.

What is a Breast Prosthesis/ Breast Enhancer?

A breast prosthesis is a soft silicone elastomer form molded to match in size, shape and weight your natural breast. Most women need a weighted form so they keep good posture and are less likely to develop future back problems. Enhancers add fullness to your breast size.

How do you create a custom Prosthesis?

Our state-of-the-art 3-D scanning technology captures the shape, slope and contour of your intact breast as it rests comfortably inside your bra. The front of our product mirrors your image. We then scan your incision site and craft the back of our product to reflect every unique detail of your chest wall. The scanning process takes less than twenty minutes. If you've had both breasts removed, we scan both sides of your chest wall and create two prostheses to fit your desired size and look.
