Return Policy

Marvelle’s Apparel will always try to work with the customer to assure their satisfaction. Products may be returned up to 10 days after you receive them; with the tags remaining on the garment. 

 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

 

 

Will My Insurance Help Pay For Post-Mastectomy Supplies?

Yes, whether your surgery was 1 to 40 years ago, they will assist in paying for your breast prosthesis and mastectomy supplies on a yearly basis. Medicare and most insurance companies currently cover 6 bras per year, 2 foam breast forms per year and 1 silicone prosthesis every year.

What Insurance is Marvelle's Apparel a Provider for?

Medicare, BCBS, Medica, Pref. One, MA, and most private insurance.

What are your policies and procedures for products and services?

Place an order by Phone or Mail

Call by phone toll free or send your order in the mail and I will ship your order to you that same day if it is in stock We have a flat shipping rate of $3.00. I will automatically bill your insurance for you; you only pay after the insurance has paid first. For orders that are not in stock allow up to two weeks to receive your shipment. Please call me if it has been longer that two weeks. Call anytime evenings or weekends to place an order and leave a message on my machine if I'm not in. Most mail orders are free shipping to you. I will include a return label for any products you choose not to purchase and want to return to me. Out of state insurance claims require a credit card payment. We will assist with you insurance claim filing.

Service Territory

My service area is approximately a 75 mile radius of Glenwood but is not limited to that. If there is a customer who lives a further distance away I will ask your help in trying to find one or more customers in that area that would like a fitting.

What are your product care and warranties?

Bras

Most bra manufacturers off a 30 day warranty on their products. If you have a concern please notify me with-in 30 days of the purchase date. All bra purchases are FINAL after it has been worn. If you are purchasing 2 or more bras at one time, keep the 2nd bra in its box unworn and you may exchange it for a different size or style with-in a two week time frame, after which the bra is no longer available for future exchange. All mastectomy bras may be washed in the washing machine unless stated otherwise on the label . Please air dry when possible.

Breast Forms

Most prosthesis have a 2 year warranty. If you have any concerns or questions about you products, please call and I or my secretary will look up the warranty on your product. All breast form sales are final with-in 48 hours after the initial fitting. If during that time the customer wishes to try another size or style, call Marvelle Weispfennig. When you wash your bra remove your prosthesis from the pocket and wash your prosthesis. Use a damp wash cloth to wipe it clean or mild soap and water (as you use for your face) to cleanse your prosthesis. Please keep sharp objects, perfumes, or lotions from coming into contact with you prosthesis.

Swimsuits

All swimsuit purchases are final once they have been sold. Follow instructions on label for washing and care of suit.

How do I set up an appointment for fitting?

Marvelles' Apparel values their customer's satisfaction. Our goal is to offer caring service, the largest selection of the most current products available and customer confidentiality. Feel free to call anytime during or after hours. If I am not in, please leave a message on my answering machine and I will call you back with-in 24 hours to set up your appointment. Customers are able to receive products the same day as their fitting.

How do I get to Marvelle's Apparel?

Marvelles Apparel is located in West Central Minnesota, between the towns of Starbuck and Glenwood.

From Glenwood

From the stoplight in Glenwood go exactly 3 ¾ miles West on Hwy 28 & 29 (towards Starbuck). Turn right onto “Game” road (this is a gravel road next to a game refuge farm). Go ¼ mile down this road, following the game farm fence line. We are the first place on the right.

From Starbuck

Take Highway 28 & 29 east towards Glenwood. You will pass the Minnewaska high school on your left. Then, there will be a game farm on the left, just past the school. At the end of the game farms fence line is “Game” road. Turn left onto Game road, follow it ¼ mile. We are the first place on the right.
